"Thank you, Mukuro."
The blue-haired boy smiled at his guest in return as he too sat down to enjoy his darjeeling on this cold night; he and Tsunayoshi had retired to his place after a busy day of shopping for Christmas presents for each of the Vongola guardians.
They were all alone in the house, for Chrome had gone to a nightclub with Kyoko and Haru. Mukuro slowly inhaled the aroma rising off of his tea, peering at his boss over the gold-tipped rim of his china cup. This could only lead to one thing.
"Tsunayoshi-kun..." the raven began, but was interrupted by a loud crash from outside his door. He froze, then an irritated groan escaped his lips.
For Christs' sakes, not again...
"W-what's going on out there?" the somewhat startled brunet asked, his attention shifting from the lusting Mist Guardian in front of him to the apartment entrance.
His brows furrowed in anger, Mukuro set his tea down and stood up, striding over to the door. With no further hesitation, he flung it open, revealing the disheveled looking Namimori prefect he thought he would find there.
"Kyouya Hibari," the pineapple-haired man began, his grip on the doorknob tightening. "We have been over this. You are not to stalk around my property."
Hibari, glancing behing Mukuro to stare at Tsuna merely muttered, "Kamikurosu." Then, as quick as a flash of lightening, he darted off into the night.
Sighing, Mukuro made his way back to Tsuna, who looked very confused.
"Now then, Tsunayoshi," the raven began again, reaching over and placing his hand on Tsuna's, leading the boy to set his tea down. "Why don't we take things over to my bedroom? I think you'll find that it can get quite warm in there."
"I would-" Tsuna began, but the door was once again opened and a blast of the frosty night met the two somewhat heated boys.
"I'm home, Mukuro-sama!" Chrome announced, kicking off her shoes in the doorway. "And I found one of your friends outside the apartment. He has some clothes with him, so I figured he was spending the night."
Mukuro froze yet again. Next to Chrome, covered in rime, was Hibari, with a bag of not his clothes, but Tsuna's.
This was going to be a long, difficult night.
